Title and introduction 

The construction business has been developing tremendously over the past decade. In order to offer perspective, the international construction business has been impacted by the world’s city inhabitants increasing by two lac individuals every day. The UAE construction business is one of the most lively and quickly developing businesses in the area. With the growth in requests for commercial and housing schemes, the UAE construction segment has been a main sponsor of the state’s economy. The construction business in the UAE has been capable of noteworthy development over the ages, supported by tactical government reserves and an increasing population. (Al-Malkawi and Pillai, 2013).

In 2012, the construction division compromised of about 10 percent of the whole gross domestic product, and property’s segment input part to GDP was around nine percent Altogether, both of these account for nineteen percent of the United Arab Emirates’ complete GDP. (Cherian, 2020). Leadership has a great impact on any business, as it is the one who manages the activities of the firm with the help of plans and policies. Many factors are being impacted by leadership and its style in the construction sector. The competence of construction businesses has been positively influenced by leadership that has directed efforts to enhance company performance. Many of the factors that are related to the effective performance of a construction company or any other company are influenced by the leadership and the leadership style adopted by the firm, for instance, the work environment, and employee satisfaction. (Dulaimi, 2022).

The research objective 

The purpose of this proposal is to examine the impact of different factors on leadership and leadership style in the construction firms of the United Arab Emirates.

Leadership shows a significant part in marinating as well as managing a firm. It shows a significant part in regulating the affairs of a company. Factors like organizational performance are also tremendously affected by leadership. According to Ojukuku et al. (2012), the leadership has a positive impact on administrative performance. However, the type of organizational context is important in order to select an effective leadership style; for instance, transformational as well as democratic leadership methods must be used by the Banks’ administration to get stronger in an international competitive situation.

Data gathering and analysis methods

In accordance with the interpretivism method discussed in the previous segment, this study will employ a qualitative methodological tactic. According to Pathak et al. In this investigation, the non-probability sampling technique, judgment sampling, will be used. The selected sample must be demonstrative of the whole (Tyrer and Heyman, 2018). About 5 interviews will be taken, and before starting every interview, applicants will be consent form and information regarding the aim and goal of the interview.

After a sufficient amount of data has been collected, it will be analyzed with the help of a coding technique. The technique employed for this research is template analysis. It is defined as a focus on the usage of graded coding while stabilizing a comparatively high grade of arrangement in the procedure of evaluating written informations. (Brooks et al., 2015)

Research Ethics

The protection of human participants with the assistance of the implementation of appropriate ethical values is important in all research examinations.
